Chapter IV: Undecided Chapter Name
Adam awoke and looked to his left, Alex lie next to him. Adam slowly sat up and rubbed his head, he had a blistering headache from something he didn't know about. Adam shook Alex and he sprung up like a jack-in-a-box.
"Whoa..." Adam said in surprise and alarm.
"Ow! Ooh! My back! What happened to us?" Alex said as he tried to stand.
"I don't know... I just woke up a few seconds ago." Adam replied.
"Must've been a long time ago, because it's already nighttime." Alex added.
"Yeah, but how did this happen?" Adam asked again.
Alex only looked at him and shrugged.
With another attempt Alex stood, but it was painful. Adam did the same and nearly fell over from sudden light headedness and head rush.
Alex looked around, the tunnel was no longer anywhere to be seen. The woods were different, even the sky was different. The moon was still as pale and lifeless as before. The stars still shined brightly, but it was different in a couple ways. But he couldn't find out what ways.
Adam picked up a stone and tossed it high into the air.
A Phoenix flew overhead swiftly and snatched the rock from mid-air.
"We aren't in the North Woods anymore." Adam said quickly at the sight.
"Then where are we?" Alex asked again.
"Ummm... I still need to find other things to make a highly precise descision to answer." Adam replied as he picked a small flower and crushed it under his shoe.
Adam kicked a tree as hard as he could, the tree did not budge at all.
Then the area the Adam kicked exploded. Chunks of moist wood flew outwards.
Adam and Alex both created shields for themselves before they could be harmed.
"Two more... " Adam said as he began to dig into the ground with his hands.
The ground began to shake violently and then Adam disappeared.
Alex looked around frantically for him. He did see him anywhere. He ran to the hole and looked in. He couldn't see no further than six inches, it was so dark out.
"Get back!" Adam yelled as he began to come down from above.
Alex quickly rolled to the side. Adam hit the ground above the hole and it sealed.
"Okay... I'm pretty sure, that we are in the... Abyid Forest." Adam said as he looked into Alex's eyes.
The two stood still, not knowing what next to say. They were in the forest of all forest. It was just as bad as being in the Forbidden Forest and the North Woods at the same time. Because they were very near to the burial mounds of Piahnki and Apedemak.

All the others sat in small room waiting... waiting... they all hated to wait. Andrew began pacing the whole room, Tai sat down and sat... staring off into space, Chris walked outside, Steven went out and followed him, Dell sat down in a dark corner with a piece of paper and a pen. Slowly she began writing out her feelings in words that described what was going on inside her.
Unseen Horror
There is this darkness creeping about
There is this silence lifting a shout
I cannot bear this unseen horror
My heart is overtaken by this power
This fear slips into my soul
It’s utterly black and completely cold
I shiver and then I can’t stop
What is unseen is now on top
It takes me and pulls me under
To catch it is like holding thunder
I am slowly over taken by this fear
All I can do is hide and I shed a tear
Then there is no place to hide
Then there is no place to abide
I stand still, completely in despair
The complete and horrible darkness is there.
When she finished she leaned up against the wall... not minding the tears that had coursed down her cheeks. But instead of thinking about herself her thoughts turned to the other Phantom Hunters... especially Adam. Silently she began to pray her eyes closed and her hair slipping over her face.
"God, I know You're always with us... but please, help us feel You." She stopped as she hugged her knees to her chest. "And God, I'll only ask You one thing now and that's that You'll keep Adam safe no matter what trial You put before him." Sighing Dell leaned back, but once more a few tears slipped down her face. "Please be with all of us... keep us safe...keep me safe..." Closing her eyes she slowly fell into a dream... dark filled sleep.
Adam here
Adam leaned against a tree trunk. The dark shadows creeped along the floor of the dark forrest. He felt weird. He felt this feeling before, but it was long ago. When, when his father had died. Something inside had also died, and then something else was born. An evil as dark as the nights in Arannamon.
Alex shifted his body as he tried to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. He moved around again. Every position was very uncomfortable.
Adam stood up and looked towards the moon. It looked pale, then it slowly went red. It looked as if someone was pouring blood over it.
"Alex? Alex?!" Adam called out in a hoarse whisper.
Alex sat up and looked to Adam.
Adam looked at Alex, his vision flickered red then it went green, then it went normal.
Alex stood as Adam rubbed his head with the palms of his hands. He took a few steps closer as Adam began to tighten his fists.
"What's hapening? What's happening to me?" Adam asked in a scared voice.
Alex looked at Adam, not knowing what to do.
Adam looked back to the moon. It was completely red, then it burst into flames. The stars began to fall. The ground began to shake violently. The wind speed increased. Then he saw dark figures emerging from the ground. They flew through the trees, swirling around him. They whispered words in a different language to him. He couldn't understand. But the words seemed to stain his mind and stick to him.
Adam fell to his knees as his vision began to shake, seeming like he was spinning around.
Alex took a few steps back as Adam looked up and glared at him with pearl blue eyes. That flickered with a twilight of green and red. His pupils changed colors.
"Piahnki lives!" Adam said in a deep, dark strainy voice.
Then black smoke began to surround him. The smoke revealed faces of agony, pain and sadness. The Prophecy in the past was coming true.
Piahnki would return in the form of the mad mans children's, second child and that led to Adam.

Sunlight somehow found it's way to the dark corner where Dell laid. Here eyes fluttered open and she quickly looked around. No one was there. Dell slowly stood up... her cramped muscles seemed to scream at her to just stay still, but she didn't listen. Making her way to the door she slowly opened it.. the sunlight blinded her but she adjusted quickly and looked around. She didn't see anyone. She camly walked out to see where everyone was but panic seemed to pull at her heart. She looked everywhere but there wasn't anyone. She looked in every shelter and behind every tree in the whole village; no one. This time panic siezed her. She pulled out her gun and began to make her way back to the original place she was at the hut. As she ran back she suddenly sensed that something was...changing. Stopping short she saw that darkness was coming around from every corner and circling about. She didn't waste a second and began to run back to the hut yet the darkness caught up to her and suddenly Dell couldn't see a thing. Fear gripped her heart... panic surged through her like a fountain...memories of being lost in the dark began to haunt her.
Yet in the darkness somehow there were even darker shadows that began to circle her... some kind of beings... 'not phantoms.. oh please not phantoms.' Dell thought to herself as she raised her gun and began circling about. Out of the darkness a cold hand reached out and grabbed her arm. Screaming and with tears running down her face, Dell awoke from her nightmare.
"Whoa..." Adam said in surprise and alarm.
